S T E P 1 : R E S E A R C H

Restaurants are by nature different from any other business.

Each concept has its unique demographics and selling points. Some are ethnic, while others offer unique experiences and dishes. And we set out to do market research in her area to see how we can highlight her unique brand offering and identify her ideal client.

S T E P 2 : S T R A T E G Y

After researching and understanding the brand's unique offering and target demographic, we devised a long-term multi-channel strategy involving FB ads, Google Ads, Email, text messaging, and various offers.

We also devised a Tagline for her southern-inspired cuisine brand, which we used in our branding and marketing efforts.

We got Jurni's approval for this strategy, and we were live!

S T E P 3 : I M P L E M E N T A T I O N

M O N T H 1

We started two FB campaigns with an attached offer code to be redeemed on her website only. The results showed a 50% increase in sales in the first month and more than 100 new emails and phone numbers.

M O N T H 2 & 3 :

We started a FB video ad campaign with the same code, and the results stayed consistent throughout months 2&3. The offers and the video campaigns generated a lot of brand awareness and organic orders through the phone or on her website directly. We started utilizing our Email and phone number list to directly engage with our existing customers. And we saw another 17.5% increase in sales month over month.

M O N T H 4 :

We decided to work on other channels, so we kept FB ads running with a smaller budget and turned our focus on generating direct orders to her website through Google PPC ads; online orders skyrocketed because of the high user intent of google searches. And we saw an extra 27.5% increase in sales in month 4.

M O N T H 5 :

It was time to focus on the organic growth of the restaurant's GMB profile!

We ran a customer appreciation campaign that generated over 80 five stars in google reviews in 2 weeks—followed by an automated follow-up message system for every online order asking for feedback which on average generates 3 - 5 (5-star reviews every day!)

At the end of month 5, we have 3X Gritz N Wafflez Sales successfully!

We are currently working on doubling down on our efforts.
