We started by creating a free month offer for new app members and made aesthetic changes to Movementandmiles.com. We then built email marketing campaigns to engage with marketing list subscribers and current app members.
The goal was to get potential customers to try the app for free first, then connect with them consistently throughout the trial month via email marketing to motivate them to use the app and to build new and healthy routines.
The app and its workouts are beneficial, and they generated a ton of positive feedback from the trial users, which made many of them start paying the
monthly fee!
The email marketing campaigns provided the necessary connection between Meg, her app members, an email marketing list members, eventually leading to a massive increase in app members’ sign-ups.
Within six months, we increased the business’s revenue by 5X, and we plan to grow the app members to 5000 Subscribers in the next two years.
